im back again^^

i've being lazy day by day now..
since last 2 week until today only just an update of my post
i have no idea why lar..
might be busy with assignment, interview so and so..
yeap,
i been interview to Pan Pacific @ KLIA with Eddie, BaoBei& Xueyii
on thursday i got knew that only i accepted by the hotel
beside them
YinNee, zhenyun&puimin also rejected by the hotel
now my intern period is go without them
i dont know how my life will be
just hope wont be worse.
and oh ya,
i'll be placed into the kitchen department..
although my first choice is Front Office lar..
and second is kitchen
FO is hard to fight for..
cox amount the interviewer..
i guessing there are more then half ppl first choice is FO
but in kitchen also not bad lar..
atleast still can learn somthing in the industry..
just please pray for mii that i wont gain any weight in my intern^^

just free from 2 assignment which is Marketing and Baking
i admit that in this 2 assignment i did nothing much
but..
nothing here to explain...
and sooner will be assignment again

and also christmas event before the christmas

i'll gonna die in the 2 assesments yesterdayT.T
i do see thru F&B..
but nothing much i remember...
and also for Maintainance..
waiting to fail only..
the lecturer expecting long answer from everyone..
but i just gave him SHORT answer..
so..
there is not far away from FAIL...
just wish mi luck in this 2 papers lar..
perhaps that at least a just pass for mii..
hahahahahahahha...

sing K

yesterday night invited SoonHong, Dexter and Ahjia to sing k
i do booked both side of neway and greenbox
in case have last decision~
at first we planned to went neway buy in last min we went greenbox
after sing k then we went Pavilion cox Jia wanna buy mivie ticket

so long Q over the line~
2012 is still selling fast
we waited for half an hour over there
so we wont just stand there like noob~
we chat and play around there
guessing is ppl's spec got glass or not..
is his spec batah and no money buy new one
playing this and that
after brought ticket then we went to food court to take out meal
consider my dinner i think although is just 5 somethings~
after meal then we walked back to sg.wang again
cox both our car also parked there~
while walking back time is still raining since 1pm
what a raining day lately~~

having another sing K outing with babee malissa this coming friday^^

steamboat~

went pasar with my sis around 11.30 am..
kinda of late right?
but no point~
cause i admit that i overslept~
lucky that the shop which selling those steamboat ingredient haven close
after pasar then we went Carrefour to wanna buy some vegetable
but cant get what i want~
then went to Bintang as well
but just got a few*is very few* what i want
so then after reached home is already bout 2pm
then start to cook everything up
`lucky that the soup already boiled when the time i out from home

2012

刚刚放学后和傻婆还有她班的同学一起去看电影
就是我期待已久的*2012*

放学后我和傻婆先去KLCC等其他人
因为其他人留下在TBR吃他们的早午餐
我和傻婆便把车park在wangsa
真是鸡他的蛋糕啊
最讨厌在wangsa找parking的咯
难找到毛将~~
then 我们就搭LRT去咯~
之后我和傻婆就在KLCC里随便乱逛咯
因为戏是2.20
而我们去到才12点出
走到2点我们便在SushiKing吃一点东西
*其实是我要去的啦*
之后再去和傻婆的同学会合
买了pop corn后就进场了
后悔没把冷衣带在身边~
因为冷得有点瞎~
整场戏带给我紧张, 感动, 好笑的气氛
而且也知道人性丑恶的一面
...
...
看完后我们就回家了

明天steamboat~~~
那3为傻婆还在考虑要不要来~~
哈哈哈哈哈哈

疯狂了

今天上完F&B后我们又有3个小时的break了
因为Strategic的lecture cancel了
我们*宝贝, 卡门, 妖精&mii*
没事做又跑到Utar的canteen吃东西
突然遇到kaiteng...
他说他们的lec里在讲着不懂什么轮回的~
那karman和宝贝不懂兴奋些什么
然后我们就这样的跟着kaiteng带路然后进去了
很抱歉我们一进去就引起了一阵骚动
*我发誓我们并不是故意也不是特地的^^*
本来打算离开的我们还是留了下来继续吧课上完
因为Utar生们上课都很安静
为了我们也能保持安静
所以我们就以纸张来传信~.~
突然那老师指上来问我们问题
可是我们都不懂他指的是谁
但我, 宝贝和妖精都躲到桌子底下去了~
散课后才讨论着我们到底有多么的丢脸~~
晕啊~
之后就跑到他们的reading room里坐坐等时间过咯
很想睡可是睡不着..
1点我们就会DK上课去了
今天不懂做么的坐到我很不耐烦
越坐越皱眉头~
还被臭黄宝贝弹呢~*有痛好不?*
上完课后我和盈倪就去会合苑勋和月敏
之后我们就一起上到宝贝家去
因为我们约好了要一起游泳*我们4人而已*
游不到半小时突然给我下雨
天啊~~
算..
之后我们就到Jusco KFC 坐下来吃东西聊天
之后就在Jusco里走走
走完后就回家了
鸡蛋糕咯~
驾车回的途中有爆出很多不同的笑话
我们又有新代号了

和她们这些傻婆在一起我真的很开心
因为我对她们的微笑和大笑都绝对是发至内心的
和她们在一起每次都会给我无限量的欢笑惊喜
她们会做出很多奇形怪状的表情但却自然
虽然我和她们是一挂的
可是我还在从她们身上学者如何真正的快乐和开心

不要忘了我们每个星期4的约定哦~

movie time~

went pavilion with eddie and the sis
we went to watch Phobia 2
horror movie~
and to be honest~
my sis is actually still under age
hahahahahahahaha
but she still manage to went in with us^^
reach pavilion about 1pm plus
we should reach earlier but jam~~~
so hate it~
we planned to watch at 2.20 at first but full
so we choose 5.15~
then we take our free time to take lunch first at WongKok~

really made me laugh out loud.
it’s good that they put it at the last part,

今天我们班的人到sri rampai 那里一带找 sponsorship~
我们各分了不同的小组
上完课吃完我们的早午餐后我们就往sri rampai出发了
首先我们就在车里在那一带先绕一圈
看看有什么店我们可以问问看的
之后把车park好后我们就开始步行寻找了
一间间的进去又一间间的出来~
一直都没有好消息
但我们还是留下了对方和我们的联络方式~
希望有更进一步的联络
之后我们又到sri rampai的别一个方向继续寻找
另一组的人比我们找到了
所以我们的寻找又更难了一点点~
我们又一间间的进一间间的出~
当中有好也有坏消息
之后就全部回家去了~

好累哦~
到家后看戏看到一半卧也能就酱睡着去
经过今天才发现
原来要找sponsorship并不简单

my group section ppl all start to busy straight after teacher instructions
i busy take pic~~

adding the margarine into boiling water
then stir it until the margarine all fine melt
then

add in flour and keep on stir until all mix together

then bring it to the machine and stir in again
while cold it down when string
then get ready with the eggs

eggs much add after the ingredient all cold
if not the egg will cook~

until abit watery then should be done
then start the next part

apply 1/3 into the plastic beg

then squeeze it out until the below 3 shape

then everyone is so funny with squeezing the things for not wasting it~

while baking
we starting another ingredients for add into the puffs
is a creamy paste and i din take down pic~
hahahahaha
then here come those puffy done baked~

the first one
open up a hole in the middle without breaking it
then add in the cream
then

apply some chocolate paste
and also nuts
and that done~
then

the puffy
cross a hole from the down part
then add in the creamy thing into it
and lastly
add on some icing sugar and that done^^
then now~~

to make the swan..

cut it into half up and down

then take the top part and cut into half again
this time is left and right side~~
then add some cream into it..
and place the 2 "wings" above to the cream..
then in final result..

but until 6 then i leave dy
hahahha..
having lot fun there
